  • How does Tap To Pray™ work? Tap To Pray products have an NFC (Near Field Communications) chip inside. When placed close to an NFC reader (your smart phone) the chip sends a signal to your phone with a prompt. That prompt for Tap To Pray products is a webpage notification that will take you to taptopray.com for your daily bible verse and prayer.
  • Do I need an app? No app is required, simply tap and then open the web browser notification for your daily verse and prayer
  • Are these safe to use in water? Yes, all Tap To Pray wristbands are safe to use in water.
  • What is the warranty? Tap To Pray products come with a 30-Day warranty for defects and craftsmanship. This does not include abusive wear and tear. Email us at support@Versible.com if you need warranty assistance.
  • Why is my phone not working? Here are the most common reasons your phone is not working:
  • NFC is disabled on your phone: Some phone models require you to enable this feature in your phone settings before you can you use this feature. See instructions below.
  • You’re not tapping in the right location on your phone: For iPhones, tap at the top. For Samsung and other Android phones, you might need to tap at middle of the phone.
  • Thick phone case: If you have a thick phone case, it could be interfering with your ability to use this feature.
  • Your phone is not compatible: search our compatibility list on Versible.com/taptopray or research your phone model online to determine whether your phone has NFC capability.

Enabling NFC on Samsung and other Android smartphones:

  • Open Settings: Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the gear icon, or open the Settings app.
  • Connections: Go to Connections (or "Connections & Network").
  • Search for NFC: If you don’t see "Connections" or "NFC" in the main menu, use the Search bar at the top to type in “NFC.”
  • NFC and Contactless Payments: Tap NFC and Contactless Payments (it might say NFC on some models).
  • Toggle NFC On: Switch the NFC toggle to the "On" position.
